WOMB-HEART-VOICE alignment workshop for women (online)

What is the link between the voice-heart-womb?

Would you like to delve into science, sound, womanhood, and expression?

Are you curious about the relationship between voice and body?

Join us ✨

This workshop is based on the latest research and anecdotal findings. It explores the theory, practises, and specific movements that reconnect women's creative-emotional-communication centres.

"When feminine centres of expression align, inner wisdom and full potential appear."

The first part is dedicated to a presentation of the research findings and anecdotal evidence that addresses the womb-heart-voice connection. The second part focuses on practical exercises, such as physical/vocal warm-ups, guided meditation, self-massage, specific vocal techniques, and detailed poses aimed at exploring and understanding this interconnection.

Every woman will have an opportunity to connect with their voices, restore balance in the body, allow authentic sound to move through the body, explore the voice-body connection, release unwanted/habitual tension, and discover (through felt and rational/analytical understanding) the linkage between the voice-heart-womb. Each attendee leaves with a set of exercises to practise at home.

✨ All adult women aged 18+ are welcome. No experience is necessary.

"There are few written studies that combine physical medicine with focus on the pelvic floor and voice research. For instance, Talasz et al. (2011) observed a corresponding movement of the thoracic diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles during breathing and coughing. In addition, Volloyhaug et al. (2024) confirmed that female opera singers contract their pelvic floor during singing. These statements demonstrate the impact breathing has on the voice and pelvic floor. Therefore, this evidence targets our first input in addressing the link between the womb and voice."
